Inspected work sites regularly to ensure the construction as per approved shop drawings, project specifications and compliance with safety standards. Also kept track of materials to ensure compliance with the approvals. Attended progress meetings and discuss project details with subcontractors.Calculate quantities of materials required for timely procurement. Supervised Air Defence Officer Mess, project in lab 505 work shop, maintenance of SADAR army soldier blocks .Ensure the work is carried out as per specifications, method of statement & approved drawings. Inspection for approved material and co-ordination with clients, contractor, Architects and MEP.Conducted inspections to ensure that installed components are in conformance with the applicable drawings and project specification. Checked the quality of materials received on site and prepared quality reports, and snag lists for rectification of defects. Monitored Site variations and coordinating with th SDO.
